What is NABCB?

The National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies provides accreditation to Certification and Inspection Bodies based on assessment of their competence as per the Board’s criteria and in accordance with International Standards and Guidelines. NABCB is internationally recognized and represents the interests of the Indian industry at international forums through membership and active participation with the objective of becoming a signatory to international Multilateral / Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MLA / MRA).  NABCB is a part of the international structure of certification and inspection bodies. The board identifies requirements for the competence of the bodies executing inspection. Additionally, it ensures neutral and steady activities of inspection. NABCB has carried out inspection of the training infrastructure of Ambit Automation through its certification partner TUVSUD and has accredited the institute with ISO 9001:20015 for its Quality Management System. This is one of the highest standard for a training organization for its systems and processes. NABCB facilitate export of Indian services and skills into the world market by attesting that persons are certified following international standards by the certifying bodies. 

Personnel Certification through NABCB certified organizations like Ambit Automation would support many professionals in the world market even those with out formal education. Personnel carrying ISO/IEC 17024 certificate with NABCB logo will be recognized internationally. This signifies that the accreditation of personnel certification bodies by NABCB is now accepted as equivalent at international level.
